Plans and pricing

What each plan costs and what it is for, in plain words. Free, Solo, Team, Business and Enterprise, with the launch prices.

You pay for the people who build. Everyone else reads free. A seat is a person who can connect an agent and publish. Viewers, agents and visitors never cost anything.

Team and Business may not be on sale where you are reading this yet. If the pricing page shows a button to start one, you can. If it says coming soon, you cannot yet. The prices below are the launch prices either way.

The plans, in five lines

  • Free: $0. Trying it, and keeping it if that is enough. One builder, unlimited viewers.
  • Solo: $20 a month, or $200 a year. One person shipping continuously. One builder.
  • Team: $39 a month for 5 seats, then $8 a seat a month. 3 to 25 people who publish together.
  • Business: $299 a month for 25 seats, then $10 a seat a month. 25 to 200, with admin policies and an audit log.
  • Enterprise: talk to us. More than 200, or a contract.

Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve: Solo is $200, Team is $390 for the five included seats and $80 for each extra, Business is $2,990 for the twenty-five included and $100 for each extra. How Team and Business pricing works has the sums for 5 to 100 builders.

The first paid plan on a workspace starts with a 14-day trial. The card is taken up front, and nothing is charged if you cancel inside it. A workspace gets one trial, ever.

Free

One builder and unlimited viewers. A workspace that already had several members when Team launched keeps them, and can replace them; adding more builders needs Team. Each account may also have one unpaid team workspace beside its personal one.

Team

$39 a month includes 5 seats. Each seat past that is $8 a month. Yearly, $390 and $80.

Team is for a group that publishes to one workspace, under one bill, with limits shared by the whole workspace. It is paid by card.

Seats follow membership. Accept an invitation and a seat is added, charged for the rest of the period. Remove someone and the next invoice is credited. Team bills at least 3 seats.

What a Team workspace has that a Solo one does not:

  • More than one builder, up to 25.
  • Limits shared by the workspace: 50 GB of storage, 10 live rooms open at once with up to 500 people in each, and no cap on artifacts or versions.
  • A private template shelf every member's agent can build from.
  • Unlimited free viewers.

Business

$299 a month includes 25 seats. Each seat past that is $10 a month. Yearly, $2,990 and $100.

Business is Team at a larger size, bought the way a larger company buys. Seats are bought in advance and are a hard cap: an invitation past the cap is refused, so nobody is billed for a seat they did not approve. A pending invitation holds a seat. At renewal, if there are more builders than seats, the renewal bills for the builders.

Business can be paid by card. On yearly billing it can also be paid by invoice, net 30, with your purchase order number on it. We set that up for you: talk to us.

What Business adds over Team:

  • An audit log of who did what, kept for a year, exportable as CSV.
  • Admin policies: whether artifacts may be shared outside the workspace, who may release a template to the marketplace, and whether the template shelf needs approval.
  • Domain capture: verify yourcompany.com, and colleagues who sign in with it are offered the workspace. It is switched on per deployment; until it is, the Domains section on Settings → Members says so and offers no button.
  • Larger shared limits: 500 GB of storage and 50 live rooms at once. Past a limit, Business is fair use: publishing continues, and we get in touch if it stays there.

Enterprise

More than 200 seats, a security review, or terms that fit how you buy. It is a conversation, not a card. SSO and SCIM are not built and cannot be bought.

The price lock

The first 100 Team and 20 Business workspaces to subscribe before 31 March 2027 keep the launch price for 24 months from their first payment. After that, a price change applies at renewal and is capped at 25% a year. The billing page shows the date your lock runs to.

What happens when

  • Your card fails. Nothing is switched off. Stripe retries for up to three weeks, the owners and the billing email are told, and the billing page says what to do. If every retry fails, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
  • You cancel. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Nobody is removed from the workspace. Afterwards the workspace has Free's limits, and adding a builder needs a plan again.
  • You hit a limit. Everything already published keeps serving, always. On Team you are warned at 80%, and past 100% there is 10% of grace before new publishes are refused. On Business nothing is refused. On Free and Solo the limit is hard.
  • You switch from monthly to yearly. Stripe prorates what you have already paid.
